Roof racks are being mounted unto the roof of vehicles to provide additional space for cargo. Roof racks may come in track-style or raised side rail. The raised-siderail is the rack that is being mounted onto the roof which features side rails, a roof rack that is giving a gap between the side rail and the roof of the car. It runs from front to back on either side of the vehicle.

 

The track-style is a roof rack that features flush-mounted side rails. Like the raised-siderail also runs from front to back. There are roof racks that are made to fit a certain vehicle only, but there are also some that fits several vehicles of the same size.
